Added two analytics endpoints: one returns aggregate cost data (total spend, per-model breakdown, average cost per job, daily trends), and the other returns per-job cost details with pagination. Both endpoints scan DynamoDB and compute stats server-side. This builds on the token tracking work from the previous session -- now that every job records detailed cost breakdowns, we can actually answer "how much has this thing cost me?"
